Public transport constantly faces various challenges with unpredictable events and changes during journeys. The drivers are the first ones affected in the service chain and play a central role in the flow of public transport, serving as the first point of contact with passengers and a link between traffic authorities and operators. With the right tools, they can receive better job support and influence the information shared with other stakeholders.
